How it works

How a candidate becomes a lead.

The same three stages for every client. The details — which sources, which checks — are set by your market.

Step 1

Find

Every industry leaves traces of real activity in public sources: the business register, company websites, job postings, public tenders, trade directories, map listings, regional business news. Which of these matter depends on your market — for an industrial supplier it's tenders and hiring; for a services firm, more likely new registrations and office moves.

The result is a pool of candidates: businesses that might be worth your attention. Not yet leads.

Step 2

Verify

A candidate becomes a lead only once we've confirmed it's a real, operating business that matches what you're looking for: the name, address and company ID agree with the register, it's currently active, there's dated recent activity, and it isn't a duplicate, a dormant shell, or a different company under a similar name.

Verification is where most lists fail. It's also where we spend most of our effort.

Step 3

Explain

A lead without a reason is just a contact. Every lead we deliver comes with the evidence behind it: what we found, where, and why it meets your criteria.

Your team can judge it in seconds instead of re-researching from scratch.

What one lead contains

Kovotech Prešov, s. r. o.

Metal fabrication · Prešov region

Identity — matches the business register; status active.

Activity — hiring two CNC operators, August 2026.

Fit — metal fabrication, 20–50 employees, not a current customer.

Hiring while expanding production usually means new equipment or subcontracting needs in the coming months.

Evidence and abstention

No evidence, no lead.

Showing evidence matters for a simple reason: it lets you check our work. A confidence score on its own asks you to trust us. A cited source lets you decide for yourself.

When the evidence for a business is weak, incomplete, or contradicts itself, we don't present it as a lead. It's held back, and checked again when something changes.

Illustrative example
Registered entity matches the trading name Verified
Activity confirmed in the last 90 days Verified
Two conflicting addresses, no recent activity Withheld
Tailored per client

Tailored to your market.

The exact method for finding and verifying leads depends on your industry, your market, and what a good customer looks like for you. We define that together at the start, then configure the approach around it. This is a customised service, not a fixed database you search.

  • We define together what a good lead means for you
  • We configure finding and verification around that definition
  • We refine it over time based on what works for your team

Tell us about your business.

If this sounds like the way you'd want leads to work, let's talk.
